Norwegian Skating Festival AS is an event company owned by the local sports clubs Sør Fron IL, Gjøvik Skøiteklub, Brøttum Il and Moleven IL. The company hires project management by Lillehammer Kunnskapspark for planning, executing and concept development of the event. Lillehammer Kunnskapspark was responsible for the 2010 test event.

The company is established after the principle of ownership by sport clubs and the aim is to recruit new skaters and promote the sport as well as the area nationally and internationally.
