Race Cancellation and delays

Cancellation of the race might occur due to weather- or ice conditions. The organizers will consider the circumstances according to the following criteria:

* Ice safety: Minimum ice thickness must be of 25 mm.
* Temperature: The temperature must be higher than -15 ºC.

If the race is cancelled after having started, there is no reimbursement.

If the race is cancelled before having started, up to 50% of the entry fee will be refunded, unless the race is postponed to an alternative date.

If a racer is prevented from participating on the alternative and announced date, no refund will be given.

If cancellation occurs before the race has started on the alternative date, up to 25% of the entry fee will be refunded.

Cancellations, postponement and warnings will be published on the web site. The organizer will as far as possible address each participants on the abovementioned occurrences, but without given any guarantee to succeed with personal messages .
